Experienced Returns/Support Agent – E-Commerce
MemoryC.com is an online seller of IT products and Consumer Electronics. We sell on our own website along with Amazon, eBay and other marketplaces. We require a flexible, enthusiastic and experienced person to join our team in South Charlotte. This position is available immediately.
Customer Service and Returns/Support Agent
This position is part of our operations team and the main responsibilities include:
- Customer service, including troubleshooting of customer problems, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Approval of customer returns, return label handling
- Handle day-to-day product returns activities
- Inspect and manage our inventory of faulty stock and ensure prompt return of faulty items to suppliers
- Processing of shipping labels and documents
- Other office responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
This is a varied position in our operations team. The main responsibilities relate to customer service and returns, but we also expect you to be flexible and help out in other areas of the business as needed, including stock management, order processing and more.
Experience and personal skills required :
- Past work experience from online business, preferably also selling on Amazon and eBay
- Excellent and proven customer service record
- Handling of customer returns
- Great at communicating with customers, and resolving customer issues
- Knowledge of and interest in IT products and Consumer Electronics
- Willingness to get involved in different parts of the business, including some warehouse duties at times
- Stock management experience desired, but not a requirement
- Previous user of SAP or similar stock/accounting system is desired
