Delays on all shipping services
Hi all,
Due to the severe weather conditions in Ireland this week, all our shipping services are operating at reduced service levels. While we do everything in our power to ship orders as normal, you should be aware of the following:
– Most courier companies collect from us earlier than normal. As a result, our daily shipping cutoff for all services is 2PM until further notice
– All delivery estimates are void until further notice. We cannot guarantee the delivery time on any service and any money-back guarantees are void until the weather situation improves
– Our phone lines will remain closed for today. We can still be contacted via our email ticketing system
We regret any inconvenience this may cause and we will keep you posted on the situation here in Celbridge, Ireland

Parcelforce cutoff will be 2.30pm today
FedEx US Ground cutoff will be 1.45pm
Update on the shipping and weather situation today:
All couriers are collecting from us today, but the collection times will be much earlier than usual:
DHL: 2pm
Fedex: 1.30pm
UPS: 3pm
Fastway: 4pm
Post: 3pm
Shipping delays can still be expected due to the increasingly bad weather. Current delays of 1-3 business days can be expected.
We have just heard that Dublin Airport has closed again. It is expected to re-open this evening and we hope most of our shipments will export – but we cannot guarantee it at this point.
Further updates when we hear more.
