Postal Strike in the UK

Attention customers located in the UK!

We have been warned that a strike may be on the way within Royal Mail. If the industrial action goes ahead it will lead to severe delays in the postal network in the UK, causing delays to any order sent from us via the “Registered Post” option.

If you need to be sure to receive your order within a few days of placing your order we recommend that you select the 2nd cheapest delivery option to the UK – that is the GLS/Parcelforce option. This delivery method is unaffected if the strike goes ahead and it offers a 2-day delivery service to anywhere in the UK.

We will soon be adding an alternative 2-day courier service which we expect to be priced around the same as our current postal option.

On behalf of the MemoryC team I can assure you we monitoring the situation within Royal Main very closely – and for the time being we do recommend that customers choose an alternative delivery method when ordering from our site.
