The AData HD720 portable hard drive is a brand new release in the Durable Series from AData. This 2TB Blue and Black hard drive is built with a unique triple-layer protective shell that protects the hard drive at all times.

The inner layer provides cushioning of the hard drive, the middle plastic layer provides shock structure protection, and the outer layer is a silicone shell that helps absorb shock.

The HD720 has passed the IP68 standards, which ensures protection from both dust and water. The case protects entirely from sand and dust, and it also provides up to 200cm / 120min protection in water.

This hard drive is shock resistant, and it has passed the stringent US Military MIL-STD-810G 516.6 testing, which ensures it is protected even if dropped from a height of 180cm (6 ft).

HD720 is one of the best protected and safest hard drives to date and it also features a G-Shock sensor. The built-in LED indicator shows at a glance if data transfer is in progress, it shows power status, G-shock sensor activation and disk error.
