Please follow these guidelines if an item purchased from us is faulty, or if you wish to return an item for refund under the Distance Selling Regulations1.
Note: Do NOT return products to us without a valid RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted. If you suspect an item is faulty please always avail of the manufacturers technical support first in order to ensure that the item is in fact faulty.
We offer an automated Returns (RMA) system2 which allows customers to apply for RMA numbers online and to follow the progress of RMAs within our website also. To apply for an RMA number please follow these steps:
Login to our website, using email address and password
In the "Account Info" box click the "Request RMA" option (link)
Our website will show orders where items can be returned to us for replacement/refund 1, 3, 4
Click on the name of the product you wish to return
Complete the short application form. Please include full details of the problem and also details of other hardware that is relevant to your application (motherboard, camera etc.)

Important notes: 1 Items can be returned for refund within 10 calendar days from receipt of the delivery (or 28 days for items under the 28-day Money-back Guarantee). Items for refund must be in resellable condition and all seals must be intact. A reduction in the refund may apply to items that require repacking or testing. 2 All RMAs must be approved by MemoryC staff. After applying for an RMA it may take up to 48 hours to receive authorisation from us to return the item. 3 Original delivery cost and cost of returning items to MemoryC will not be refunded unless in circumstances where incorrect items have been shipped by MemoryC. Items must be returned to one of our addresses in either Ireland, UK, or the US. 4 Return addresses in the UK and USA are forwarding addresses. Items returned to either of these addresses are forwarded to our Returns Centre in Ireland every 1-2 weeks, and the RMA processing will only begin once received in Ireland. For customers wanting a faster return time we recommend a return directly to our address in Ireland. 5 Products received damaged must be notified to us within 24hrs of receipt. Any subsequent claims for damages will not be entertained. This does not affect your statutory rights.
