Great design but with QC issues

This is a great looking case, however, quality control and Phanteks RMA support is a let down.
The design of the case is absolutely fantastic, however, I have encountered some issues with the case right out of the box:
- First, and most annoyingly, the power button is very stiff, feeling stuck when you press it. This is apparently a manufacturing issue, whereby the middle of the plastic power button is too long, therefore always applying static pressure to the button on the PCB underneath it. I saw on Reddit other people having similar issue with this case so it's not just me being unlucky. Phanteks RMA is very slow to respond and they suggested I either file off the extra from the acrylic center of the button so it doesn't make permanent contact with the PCB button underneath, or they send a replacement button. Filing the button seems like an unprofessional approach for a premium case like this so I'm hoping they will send out a replacement button eventually.
- Secondly, the tempered glass panel on the left (facing the case's front) came with some deep scratches from the factory. They are not very noticeable so I will not bother returning the case as it's just too much hassle, however, it is again a proof of poor QC from Phanteks
- Thirdly, the power button is not illuminated by LEDs anymore, although, the PCB has the place for two LEDs as they were on the Eclipse P600s for example and also, I measured there is +5V coming through on PIN1 so they could be definitely used. I'm not sure why Phanteks dropped the idea of illuminated RGB power button on the Evolv X, I'm hoping it's not to save a few cents on the costs but there is a rather more 'technical' reason behind it. It's a shame really so I will probably proceed to soldering to LEDs myself as I've seen people suggesting online it is possible.
All in all, the Evolv X is still a great case but let down by some really annoying QC issues and Phanteks RMA is not the best I've dealt with either.
