So, there’s a little computer company based in Cupertino, California that’s had a big affect on the way color, shape and style has been used in technology. Whether it was incorporating color to do away with boring beige, or going white when everybody else was going black, consumers have responded. Of course they also did a few other things right, like the first large scale site to legally download music and an MP3 player so technical it hardly seems technical at all. Whether you love them or hate them, Apple starts trends.
And we’re not ashamed to say we’re following this one. The Cupertino Mouse Pad borrows from the slick iPod look: the under-side painted plastic, the shiny, outer shell and the contrasting silver accent. This is a Mouse Pad for people who don’t want just-another Mouse Pad.
It’s a little oversized, giving you extra mousing control. And the Mousing surface is specially designed to help your mouse work better: it’s textured to give better traction for roller-ball mice and it has fine tracking points for optical laser mice.
